Prima di procedere all'acquisto, al cliente verrà richiesto, qualora non risulti già registrato sulla piattaforma, di registrarsi inserendo e-mail e password. In questa fase accetterà inoltre, tramite spunta dell'apposita casella, la Privacy Policy di … (l'accettazione è condizione indispensabile per poter procedere alla registrazione).

Una volta registrato, il cliente potrà inserire ulteriori "dati di contatto" quali:

• Nome

• Cognome

• Indirizzo e-mail (già precompilato e prelevato dalla registrazione effettuata)

• Stato

• Codice fiscale / Partita IVA (obbligatorio in caso di richiesta di emissione fattura)

• Indirizzo

• Cap

• Città

• Provincia

A registrazione avvenuta, il cliente potrà procedere all'acquisto di uno dei prodotti presenti sul presente sito, cliccando sul tasto "Acquista", dopo aver scelto il tipo di percorso e inserito i dati obbligatori del Nome, Cognome, altezza dell'utente che svolgerà l'attività selezionata e data/ora in cui si vorrà fruire del servizio scelto.

Verrà quindi inserito automaticamente dal sistema il pacchetto nel "Carrello" del cliente, che potrà procedere all'acquisto cliccando sul tasto "Concludi ordine".

In questa fase vengono richiesti, qualora il cliente non li abbia ancora inseriti, i "dati di contatto" di cui sopra.

Verrà quindi richiesto di selezionare il metodo di pagamento (carta di debito, carta di credito o altro sistema di pagamento previsto) e di accettare, tramite spunta, i "Termini e condizioni di vendita" per poter procedere alla selezione e successiva immissione dei dati dello strumento di pagamento prescelto (Numero carta, Titolare, mese/anno di scadenza, CVV).

Inseriti tutti i dati si procederà quindi all'acquisto del prodotto. Il cliente vedrà confermato il suo acquisto tramite messaggio stampato su schermo. Verrà inviata inoltre una e-mail di conferma ordine all'indirizzo e-mail indicato in fase di registrazione.

Tutti gli ordini sono soggetti all'accettazione da parte di ADM ARTE Srl che si riserva, a sua insindacabile scelta, il diritto di annullare qualsiasi ordine:

1. in caso di errori materiali connessi con l'ordine del Cliente o con le informazioni inviate dal Cliente tramite il presente sito

2. nei casi in cui il Cliente non soddisfi le Condizioni Generali di Vendita elencate nel presente documento.

Per ogni ordine effettuato sul presente sito non viene emessa e/o inviata via e-mail fattura salvo espressa richiesta da parte del cliente, da effettuarsi tramite compilazione dell’apposito campo previsto nei ‘dati di contatto’. Per l'emissione della fattura, fanno fede le informazioni fornite dal Cliente all'atto dell'ordine. Nessuna variazione in fattura sarà possibile, dopo l'emissione della stessa.

Il Cliente si impegna a corrispondere il prezzo dei prodotti o servizi ordinati mediante le modalità di prenotazione e pagamento specificate.

I servizi vengono evasi da ADM ARTE Srl nei termini e con le modalità specificati nel sito, come determinati dal Cliente al momento dell'acquisto. Le eventuali ulteriori spese accessorie non esplicitamente previste sono a carico del Cliente.

Le condizioni contenute nel presente documento potranno essere modificate, senza preavviso alcuno e avranno validità dalla data di pubblicazione nel sito Internet.

Before proceeding with the purchase, the customer will be asked, if he is not already registered on the platform, to register by entering his e-mail and password. At this stage he will also accept, by checking the appropriate box, the Privacy Policy of ... (acceptance is a prerequisite for being able to proceed with registration).

Once registered, the customer will be able to enter additional "contact information" such as:

• First name

• Last name

• Email address (already pre-filled and taken from the registration made)

• Status

• Tax code/VAT number (mandatory in case of invoice request)

• Address

• Zip Code

• City

• Province

After successful registration, the customer will be able to proceed with the purchase of one of the products on this site, by clicking on the "Buy" button, after choosing the type of route and entering the mandatory data of the First Name, Last Name, height of the user who will perform the selected activity and date/time when you want to use the chosen service.

The package will then be automatically entered by the system into the customer's "Shopping Cart," and the customer will be able to proceed with the purchase by clicking on the "Complete Order" button.

At this stage the "contact details" mentioned above are requested, if the customer has not yet entered them.

You will then be asked to select the method of payment (debit card, credit card or other payment system provided) and to accept, by ticking, the "Terms and conditions of sale" in order to proceed with the selection and subsequent entry of the data of the payment instrument chosen (Card Number, Holder, month/year of expiry, CVV).

Having entered all the data, you will then proceed to purchase the product. The customer will see their purchase confirmed by a message printed on the screen. An order confirmation e-mail will also be sent to the e-mail address provided during registration.

All orders are subject to acceptance by ADM ARTE Srl, which reserves, at its sole discretion, the right to cancel any order:

1. in case of material errors related to the Customer's order or the information sent by the Customer through this site

2. in cases where the Customer does not meet the General Conditions of Sale listed herein.

For each order placed on this site, no invoice is issued and/or sent via e-mail unless expressly requested by the Customer, to be made by filling in the appropriate field provided in the 'contact details'. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order shall be authentic. No changes in the invoice will be possible, after the issuance of the same.

The Customer agrees to pay the price of the ordered products or services by the specified booking and payment methods.

Services are processed by ADM ARTE Srl in the terms and manner specified on the site, as determined by the Customer at the time of purchase. Any additional incidental expenses not explicitly provided for shall be borne by the Client.

The terms and conditions contained herein may be changed, without prior notice and shall be valid from the date of publication on the website.
